Having trained at premier institutions including the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and earning a doctorate from the acclaimed Bayerisches Geoinstitut (BGI), Germany, Dr. Shekhar founded IRDPI with a clear mission: to accelerate independent scientific inquiries and bridge the gap between breakthrough research and societal progress.
